- Manage transportation operations from Fulfillment Centers to customers through the Sort Center network
- Lead daily shift operations and workforce planning
- Hire, train, and develop associates to meet operational goals
- Drive productivity, quality, and process compliance standards
- Analyze reports and identify performance bottlenecks
- Implement Kaizen and continuous improvement initiatives
- Monitor operational metrics and prepare performance reports
- Coordinate with HR, Learning, and Operations teams

🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's Degree from a recognized university
- Minimum 1+ year experience in warehousing, logistics, manufacturing, or customer-facing environments
- Strong English communication skills (Written & Verbal)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office applications
- Ability to lead teams in a fast-paced operational environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
