ElasticRun is hiring experienced Team Leads for Warehouse Operations across Dehradun, Bareilly, and Agra. The role requires strong expertise in inventory management, warehouse operations, team leadership, and process execution. Candidates with experience in Quick Commerce environments will be highly preferred. The selected candidates will be responsible for driving operational efficiency, inventory accuracy, and team productivity within warehouse operations.

- Manage day-to-day warehouse and inventory operations.
- Ensure inventory accuracy through regular audits and stock reconciliation.
- Lead warehouse teams and monitor workforce productivity.
- Oversee inbound, storage, picking, packing, and outbound processes.
- Drive process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Monitor operational KPIs and prepare performance reports.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational SOPs.

🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- 4.5 to 5+ years of experience in Warehouse Operations and Inventory Management.
- Strong experience in inventory control, stock audits, and warehouse processes.
- Experience in Quick Commerce operations will be highly preferred.
- Proven leadership and team management capabilities.
- Knowledge of warehouse KPIs, operational reporting, and process optimization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
