Motherson Group's Logistics Division is hiring Executive – Packaging Operations for its Manesar location. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates and candidates with up to one year of experience to begin their career with one of India's leading automotive and logistics organizations.
The selected candidate will coordinate packaging operations, manage supplier communication, support RFQ processing, oversee sample development, and ensure timely delivery of approved packaging solutions while achieving business targets.
🛠 Key Responsibilities
- Receive RFQs from manufacturing plants and release them to suppliers.
- Collect quotations from suppliers based on received RFQs.
- Coordinate internal approvals before submitting quotations to customers.
- Support packaging sample development as per customer requirements.
- Coordinate sample submission and obtain approvals from the plant.
- Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of approved SKUs.
- Coordinate logistics and delivery of approved materials to the plant.
- Maintain strong communication with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Prepare operational reports and documentation using MS Office.
- Support sales target achievement through efficient packaging operations.
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- Diploma or B.Tech qualification is mandatory.
- 0–1 year of relevant experience; freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Basic understanding of packaging, logistics, or supply chain operations is preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
