- Manage daily logistics and warehouse operations efficiently.
- Handle manpower planning, shift scheduling, and workforce coordination.
- Supervise loading, unloading, and dispatch activities.
- Ensure timely movement of shipments and on-time delivery performance.
- Maintain operational reports and daily activity records.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow execution.
- Monitor team productivity and maintain operational discipline.
- Support process improvements and adherence to company SOPs.
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- Any Graduate or Diploma holder can apply.
- 1–3 years of experience in logistics, warehouse, or operations is preferred.
- Freshers with strong leadership and coordination skills can also apply.
- Ability to manage manpower and shift planning effectively.
- Good communication and team handling skills.
- Willingness to work in rotational 9-hour shifts.
- Basic knowledge of logistics operations and dispatch activities will be an advantage.
