We are hiring Field Recruiters (Off-Role) in Mumbai to support recruitment and onboarding activities for Swiggy Instamart Delivery Partners. This role is ideal for energetic candidates who enjoy field work, meeting new people, and achieving hiring targets. Freshers as well as experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
🛠 Key Responsibilities
- Source and recruit Delivery Partners (Riders) for Swiggy Instamart.
- Conduct field sourcing and lead generation activities.
- Assist candidates throughout the onboarding process.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly hiring targets.
- Maintain recruitment records and update hiring status.
- Coordinate with internal recruitment and operations teams.
- Build relationships with local communities and referral networks.
- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience.
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- 10th Pass, 12th Pass, or Any Graduate.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Experience in Field Sales, Blue-Collar Hiring, Labour Hiring, Delivery Partner Hiring, or any field-based role is preferred.
- Must own a bike.
- Valid Driving License (DL) is mandatory.
- Comfortable working in the field and traveling within assigned locations.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
