π Job Description
NIRPL is hiring an HR Executive – Talent Acquisition for its Gurugram location. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities, including candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, stakeholder management, negotiation, and offer rollouts. This opportunity is ideal for HR professionals with 1–4 years of Talent Acquisition experience, particularly those with hiring exposure in the Food, FMCG, Hotel, Hospitality, or Retail industries.
π Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities for assigned business functions and positions.
- Source suitable candidates through job portals, professional networks, referrals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen candidate profiles based on job requirements, experience, skills, and organizational fit.
- Conduct initial candidate discussions and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Manage interview scheduling, candidate communication, feedback follow-ups, and selection processes.
- Coordinate with hiring managers and business stakeholders to understand manpower requirements.
- Manage salary discussions, candidate negotiations, and offer rollouts.
- Follow up with selected candidates to improve offer acceptance and joining conversion.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring MIS reports.
- Support high-volume and business-critical hiring requirements within defined timelines.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Ensure a professional and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
π Eligibility Criteria
- 1–4 years of relevant experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
- Experience hiring for Food, FMCG, Hotel, Hospitality, or Retail industries is preferred.
- Hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Strong sourcing and candidate screening capabilities.
- Experience coordinating interviews and managing candidate communication.
- Good understanding of offer rollout, salary negotiation, and joining follow-up processes.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple open positions in a fast-paced hiring environment.
- Female candidates are preferred for this opportunity.
