magicpin is hiring Key Account Managers (Finedine) across Bangalore, Hyderabad, and Delhi for a field-based B2B sales role. This opportunity is ideal for freshers with strong communication skills as well as experienced professionals with B2B sales experience. In this role, you will onboard and manage restaurant and hotel merchant partners, drive revenue through monetization products, and build long-term business relationships with clients in the hospitality and dining ecosystem.
π Key Responsibilities
- Onboard restaurant and hotel merchant partners in the assigned market
- Manage and grow relationships with existing merchant accounts
- Drive revenue growth by selling and upgrading monetization products
- Meet merchants in the field to understand business needs and pitch relevant solutions
- Negotiate commercial terms and close business deals
- Support merchants in improving visibility, engagement, and business performance on the platform
- Track account performance and identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and issue resolution
- Maintain accurate records of meetings, sales activity, and merchant pipeline
- Contribute to market expansion and business growth initiatives in the finedine category

- Freshers with excellent communication skills can apply
- Candidates with sales or marketing internships are encouraged to apply
- 1–6 years of B2B sales experience will be preferred for experienced roles
- Strong interest in field sales, merchant acquisition, and account management
- Good negotiation, relationship-building, and client handling skills
- Ability to work in a target-driven, field-based business environment
- Experience in restaurant, hospitality, food-tech, ad sales, or merchant sales will be an advantage
