Wipro Limited is hiring an MIS Executive for its Hyderabad office. This role is ideal for professionals with experience in Management Information Systems (MIS), reporting, performance analysis, stakeholder coordination, and operational process management. Candidates with knowledge of Geographic Information Systems (GIS/Maps) will be preferred.
The selected candidate will support operational excellence by preparing performance reports, monitoring key metrics, coordinating with clients and internal stakeholders, conducting root cause analysis, assisting with workforce planning, identifying automation opportunities, and driving continuous process improvements.
🛠 Key Responsibilities
- Execute operational processes as per client contracts and quality standards.
- Conduct shift briefings and debriefings to review KPIs and process performance.
- Prepare MIS reports, shift summaries, and performance dashboards.
- Share operational updates, meeting notes, and client communications with the team.
- Analyze weekly and monthly performance metrics and conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
- Prepare presentations and reports for managers and client review meetings.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, workforce management, and quality teams.
- Identify automation opportunities and support implementation initiatives.
- Coach low performers through performance improvement plans and regular feedback.
- Conduct onboarding sessions, process training, refresher training, and employee engagement activities.
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate from a recognized university.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in MIS, Operations, Reporting, or Process Management.
- Mandatory knowledge of Geographic Information Systems (GIS/Maps).
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent analytical and reporting skills.
- Good communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience preparing presentations and performance reports.
