Burma Burma Restaurant & Tea Room is looking for an experienced Purchase Executive to support its procurement and supply operations. The selected candidate will be responsible for sourcing food, beverages, and non-food items, managing vendors, processing purchase orders, monitoring inventory requirements, and ensuring timely availability of materials for smooth business operations.

- Manage the procurement of food, beverages, and non-food items.
- Coordinate with vendors and negotiate pricing, quality, and delivery terms.
- Process purchase orders and maintain accurate procurement records.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely material availability.
- Work closely with Finance, Stores, and Operations teams.
- Track pending purchase orders and follow up with vendors for timely deliveries.
- Support cost optimization and vendor performance management initiatives.
- Ensure procurement activities follow company policies and procedures.
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- Relevant experience in restaurant, hospitality, or hotel procurement.
- Strong knowledge of procurement and inventory management processes.
- Experience in vendor management and commercial negotiations.
- Ability to manage purchase orders and procurement documentation.
- Proficiency in MS Excel is preferred.
- Knowledge of ERP software will be an added advantage.
- Strong communication, coordination, and analytical skills.
