AU Small Finance Bank is hiring experienced professionals for the position of Cluster Business Manager (Home Loan / Loan Against Property Sales). - Lead and manage the Home Loan and Loan Against Property (LAP) sales team.
- Drive customer acquisition and expand the mortgage business across the assigned cluster.
- Manage existing Home Loan and Mortgage portfolios to ensure sustainable business growth.
- Develop strategies to achieve sales targets and improve portfolio quality.
- Support and oversee business operations across multiple branch locations.
- Coach, mentor, and develop team members to improve sales performance.
- Build strong relationships with customers, channel partners, and stakeholders.
- Monitor sales performance, productivity, and business KPIs.
- Ensure compliance with bank policies, regulatory guidelines, and credit processes.
- Prepare MIS reports and business performance reviews for senior management.
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate from a recognized university.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Home Loan, Mortgage, or LAP business.
- Minimum 6 years of experience leading and managing sales teams.
- Strong expertise in customer acquisition and mortgage portfolio management.
- Ability to manage business operations across multiple locations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
