IGLAPS Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is hiring an experienced Core HR Generalist to strengthen its HR team. This role is ideal for HR professionals with expertise in HR operations, employee relations, compliance, payroll coordination, and performance management. The position offers a hybrid work model with a 5-day work week.
π Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end Core HR operations.
- Handle employee relations, grievance resolution, and escalation management.
- Maintain HR documentation, employee records, and compliance documents.
- Coordinate performance management and appraisal processes.
- Support payroll processing and attendance management.
- Ensure compliance with company HR policies and statutory requirements.
- Collaborate with department managers on HR-related initiatives.
- Assist in employee engagement and organizational development activities.
- Prepare HR reports, MIS, and workforce analytics.
- Support continuous improvement of HR processes and systems.
π Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate; MBA in Human Resources is preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of Core HR Generalist experience.
- Strong knowledge of HR Operations and Employee Relations.
- Experience in payroll and attendance coordination.
- Knowledge of HR documentation, compliance, and HR policies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management abilities.
