Delhivery Ltd is hiring 3 Field HR Executives / Field Recruiters for its logistics and warehouse operations in Chennai.
This role is ideal for HR professionals with experience in logistics HR, warehouse HR operations, field recruitment, workforce management, and manpower planning.
The selected candidates will be responsible for managing frontline workforce requirements, recruiting unskilled and migrant workers, supporting manpower arrangements, coordinating with vendors, and handling HR operations across assigned logistics locations.
Candidates with experience handling migrant Hindi-speaking labour and those comfortable with field-based HR responsibilities will be preferred. Spoken Hindi is an added advantage.
Salary: ₹2.75 LPA – ₹3.50 LPA

🛠 Key Responsibilities
- Manage field HR activities across assigned logistics and warehouse locations.
- Handle end-to-end field recruitment for frontline and unskilled workforce requirements.
- Arrange adhoc manpower based on operational requirements.
- Manage recruitment and onboarding of migrant workers, including Hindi-speaking labour.
- Support warehouse HR operations and workforce management.
- Coordinate with operations teams to understand manpower requirements and hiring priorities.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of frontline and unskilled candidates.
- Identify and onboard suitable manpower vendors for new workforce requirements.
- Coordinate with manpower vendors and monitor workforce availability.
- Support HRBP activities within logistics and warehouse operations.
- Ensure timely fulfillment of manpower requirements for business operations.
- Conduct field-level follow-ups with candidates, employees, and manpower vendors.
- Support employee documentation and joining processes.
- Address basic workforce-related concerns and coordinate escalations with the relevant HR teams.
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- Experience in HRBP, HR Operations, Field Recruitment, or Workforce Management within the logistics industry.
- Experience in warehouse HR operations is preferred.
- Hands-on experience in field recruitment and frontline manpower hiring.
- Experience handling migrant / Hindi-speaking labour will be an advantage.
- Experience in arranging adhoc manpower for operational requirements.
- Experience working with manpower vendors and unskilled labour recruitment.
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a field-oriented logistics environment.
- Spoken Hindi is an added advantage.
