The selected candidates will support the Store Manager in driving sales, maintaining operational excellence, ensuring superior customer experiences, and leading store teams while achieving business targets.
🛠 Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Store Manager in managing day-to-day store operations.
- Drive sales performance while delivering outstanding customer service.
- Supervise daily floor activities and monitor team performance.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and store presentation.
- Manage inventory, stock replenishment, and stock accuracy.
- Train, motivate, and coach store associates.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and service recovery.
- Monitor store KPIs and contribute towards achieving sales targets.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs, safety standards, and operational guidelines.
- Support promotional campaigns and seasonal merchandising activities.
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate from a recognized university is preferred.
- 3–4 years of retail experience is mandatory.
- Experience in Kidswear or Babywear retail is mandatory.
- Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
- Experience in inventory management and visual merchandising.
