Kerryton is hiring an experienced Operations Manager for its operations in Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh.
The role is suitable for professionals with 4–6 years of relevant Operations experience and strong knowledge of warehouse management, inventory control, purchase orders and vendor coordination.
The selected candidate will manage day-to-day operational activities with a specific focus on uniforms, books, warehouse operations, inventory and Purchase Orders (POs), ensuring materials are available on time and operational records are maintained accurately.
🛠 Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day warehouse operations and inventory activities.
- Handle uniforms and books management, including stock tracking and distribution.
- Prepare, manage and track Purchase Orders (POs).
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for timely procurement and material availability.
- Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment of required materials.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and operational documentation.
- Track material movement, stock availability and distribution activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Ensure proper documentation and timely completion of operational tasks.
- Identify inventory or operational issues and take appropriate corrective action.
- Support efficient warehouse utilization and inventory control.
- Prepare operational updates and reports as required.
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- 4–6 years of relevant Operations experience.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse and inventory management.
- Good understanding of Purchase Orders (POs) and procurement coordination.
- Experience managing uniforms, books or similar inventory will be preferred.
- Experience coordinating with vendors and suppliers.
- Good understanding of stock tracking and material distribution.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer applications.
- Ability to work from office in Gwalior and follow a six-day working schedule.
