LoadShare Networks is hiring an experienced Cluster Manager – Operations to manage end-to-end hub operations across Jagdalpur / Raipur, Chhattisgarh.
The role is suitable for professionals with 3–6 years of experience in logistics, e-commerce, warehouse, hub or last-mile operations. The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth daily execution, operational compliance, manpower deployment and performance management.
Candidates with experience in COD reconciliation, cash closure and team handling will have an added advantage.
🛠 Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end hub operations and ensure smooth daily execution.
- Manage inbound, outbound, sorting and dispatch operations.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of shipments through the hub.
- Handle COD reconciliation and daily cash closure activities.
- Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures and operational processes.
- Identify operational gaps and take corrective actions to minimize losses.
- Manage manpower and resource deployment according to operational requirements.
- Lead and coordinate hub teams to achieve daily operational targets.
- Track SLA, productivity and TAT performance.
- Monitor operational KPIs and identify areas requiring improvement.
- Drive process improvements and operational excellence initiatives.
- Coordinate with relevant teams to resolve operational issues and escalations.
- Ensure proper handling and movement of shipments within the hub.
- Maintain operational reports and required documentation.
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- 3–6 years of relevant experience in Logistics, E-commerce, Warehouse, Hub or Last-Mile Operations.
- Hands-on experience managing daily hub or warehouse operations.
- Experience handling inbound, outbound, sorting and dispatch processes.
- Team handling and manpower management experience will be preferred.
- Exposure to COD reconciliation and cash closure will be an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of SLA, TAT and productivity metrics.
- Strong operational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple operational activities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
