Barbeque Nation is expanding its operations and is looking for experienced Restaurant Managers and Business Managers for its restaurants in Bangalore and Chennai. This role is ideal for hospitality professionals with strong expertise in F&B service operations, guest satisfaction, P&L management, and team leadership who are passionate about delivering exceptional dining experiences.

- Manage complete restaurant operations and ensure smooth daily functioning.

🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- 4–5 years of experience in Restaurant Operations or Hospitality Management.
- Restaurant industry experience is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of F&B service operations and guest experience management.
- Experience in P&L management and business performance monitoring.
- Proven ability to lead teams, manage floor operations, and engage customers.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
