The selected candidate will oversee large-scale retail store operations, lead sales teams, drive business performance, maintain operational standards, and ensure smooth functioning across assigned stores. The role involves managing approximately 50 stores and delivering business and sales objectives across the assigned region.
🛠 Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day retail store operations across assigned locations.
- Manage approximately 50 stores and ensure consistent operational performance.
- Lead and manage large field and store sales teams.
- Drive sales performance and achieve business targets across the assigned region.
- Monitor inventory accuracy, stock availability, and operational processes.
- Ensure stores follow company SOPs, policies, and operational standards.
- Identify operational gaps and implement process improvement initiatives.
- Monitor store KPIs and take corrective actions to improve performance.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational challenges.
- Develop, mentor, and motivate store teams to improve productivity and customer service.
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- 5–12 years of experience in retail store operations.
- Proven experience managing at least 15 direct reportees.
- Experience managing a minimum of 10 stores or a large-format store of 7,000+ sq. ft.
- Strong track record of driving sales through field or store teams.
- Experience managing large-scale retail operations.
- Strong leadership, team management, and business acumen.
- Ability to achieve business, sales, and operational targets.
- Willingness to travel across assigned store locations.
