🛠 Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage large-scale operations across assigned Control Tower or Sort Centre functions.
- Drive operational excellence through structured processes, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement.
- Monitor operational KPIs and identify opportunities to improve productivity and efficiency.
- Use operational data and analytics to identify trends, bottlenecks, and performance gaps.
- Drive corrective and preventive actions to improve operational performance.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth end-to-end operations.
- Manage operational escalations and ensure timely resolution of critical issues.
- Track service performance and ensure adherence to defined operational standards.
- Support process standardization and implementation of operational best practices.
- Lead teams and ensure effective performance management and execution.
- Prepare and review operational reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.
- Partner with senior stakeholders on business-critical operational initiatives.
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- Strong senior-level experience in Operations, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related function.
- Experience managing large-scale operations is preferred.
- Relevant exposure to Control Tower, Sort Centre, Hub, Warehouse, or Logistics Operations is advantageous.
- Strong understanding of operational KPIs, productivity, service levels, and process performance.
- Experience using data and analytics to drive operational decisions.
- Strong cross-functional stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management experience.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced logistics environment.
