Flipkart Minutes is expanding its Operations Team and hiring experienced professionals for the roles of Store Manager and Fleet Coach across Bihar & Jharkhand. The selected candidates will lead day-to-day operational activities, manage inventory and warehouse performance, supervise fleet operations, ensure operational efficiency, and drive high service standards in a fast-paced quick commerce environment.

- Manage end-to-end store and last-mile delivery operations.
- Oversee warehouse operations, inventory control, and stock accuracy.
- Monitor inbound, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch activities.
- Supervise fleet operations and ensure timely deliveries.
- Manage manpower planning, shift scheduling, and team performance.
- Track operational KPIs including productivity, fill rate, SLA adherence, and inventory accuracy.

🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate from a recognized university is preferred.
