A Reputed Export House in Delhi is looking for an Assistant Manager – Export Documentation & Shipping with strong experience in export documentation, shipping activities and international trade compliance.
The ideal candidate should have 5+ years of experience with specific expertise in Advance Authorization and EPCG Compliance.
π Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end export documentation and shipping activities for international shipments.
- Prepare and maintain export documentation including Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Shipping Bill, BL/AWB, COO, FCR and other relevant documents.
- Maintain strong working knowledge of DGFT procedures, Advance Authorization (AA) and EPCG Schemes.
- Handle the complete lifecycle of Advance Authorization, including application, issuance, import entitlement, export obligation monitoring, redemption and closure.
- Manage EPCG Licenses, including application, license utilization, export obligation tracking, installation-related documentation, redemption and closure.

- 5+ years of experience in relevant export documentation and shipping activities.
- Expertise in Advance Authorization and EPCG Compliance.
- Strong working knowledge of DGFT procedures.
- Experience managing export documentation for international shipments.
- Strong understanding of Advance Authorization (AA) and EPCG Schemes.
- Ability to independently manage export obligations, redemption and closure processes.
