📝 Job Description
Shiksha – Shiv Nadar Foundation is looking for an experienced professional to join its team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh as Associate/Deputy Manager – MEL & Documentation.
The role will contribute to strategy, research, monitoring, evaluation, documentation, and program communication across FLN and adult literacy initiatives.
The position requires prior experience in the education sector, with FLN or adult literacy experience being a must.
📋 Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to strategy, research, monitoring, and evaluation activities.
- Support MEL frameworks and related processes.
- Manage project reporting and documentation.
- Contribute to program communication and storytelling.
- Support process mapping and risk identification.
- Coordinate with stakeholders across program initiatives.
- Support research and structured documentation activities.
- Contribute to FLN and adult literacy initiatives.
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- Experience: 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Experience in the social/development sector is preferred.
- Qualification: Master’s degree in Education, Development Studies, Public Policy, Social Work, or a related field.
- Education sector experience is essential.
- FLN or adult literacy experience is a must.
- Strong experience in ToC, LFA, and MEL frameworks.
- Experience in project reporting, research, and documentation.
- Experience in process mapping and risk identification.
- Experience in stakeholder coordination and storytelling.
- Excellent written communication and structured problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel to program locations.
