π Job Description
Ludhiana Beverages Pvt. Ltd. (LBPL) is looking for an experienced Chief Supply Chain Officer (CSCO) to lead the end-to-end Supply Chain function and drive enterprise-wide supply chain excellence.
The CSCO will lead the complete supply chain value chain covering Demand & Supply Planning, Strategic Procurement, Inventory, Stores & Warehousing, Primary Distribution, Fleet & Workshop, and SCM Analytics.
The role will focus on ensuring product availability and service reliability while driving cost competitiveness, working-capital optimisation, supplier resilience, distribution productivity and digital supply chain transformation.

✅ Eligibility Criteria
- 18–25 years of progressive Supply Chain leadership experience.
- At least 5 years heading a multifunctional SCM mandate.
- Experience in FMCG, beverages, food or consumer goods.
- Proven exposure across procurement, planning, inventory, warehousing and logistics.
- Strong track record in cost optimisation, working-capital improvement and service enhancement.
- Strong understanding of ERP/MRP, S&OP/IBP, DMS, warehouse/fleet systems and analytics.
- Experience in governance, contracts, compliance, risk management, quality and safety.
- Engineering / Operations / Supply Chain / Commerce background.
- MBA/PGDM preferred.
