A leading manufacturing organization in the Chemical & Insulator industry is looking for a senior HR leader for the position of CHRO / Head of HR.
The role involves driving HR strategy and operations across manufacturing units and the corporate office, with strong ownership of Plant HR, Industrial Relations, Employee Relations, labour compliance and HR systems.
π Key Responsibilities
- Drive HR Strategy, Operations & Organization Structure.
- Lead manpower planning, recruitment and succession planning.
- Manage performance management, KRAs/KPIs and appraisal processes.
- Handle employee and industrial relations along with labour compliance.
- Develop compensation structures, salary structures and incentive plans.
- Drive employee engagement, culture and organizational development initiatives.
- Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs and processes.
- Lead and develop the HR & Administration team.
- Support HR operations across manufacturing units and the corporate office.
π Eligibility Criteria
- 15+ years of relevant HR experience.
- MBA/PGDM HR / Personnel Management qualification.
- Manufacturing experience is mandatory.
- Strong exposure to Plant HR.
- Strong experience in Industrial Relations (IR) and Employee Relations (ER).
- Strong knowledge of labour laws and compliance.
- Experience with HR systems and processes.
- Experience leading HR and Administration teams.
