Redcliffe Labs is hiring energetic and target-oriented professionals for its BTL / ATL Marketing team across Noida, Indirapuram, Chandigarh, Jammu and Delhi.
The role focuses on on-ground marketing activities, customer acquisition, lead generation, field promotions and customer engagement across assigned locations.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Execute BTL/ATL marketing activities across assigned locations.
- Drive customer acquisition and lead generation.
- Conduct field activities, promotional campaigns and market activations.
- Coordinate with internal teams to achieve business targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Support on-ground marketing and customer engagement initiatives.
✅ Eligibility Criteria
- Experience in Sales, Field Sales or Credit Card Sales.
- Candidates with strong field sales and customer acquisition experience will be preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Target-oriented with a proactive approach.
- Ability to handle on-ground marketing activities and customer engagement.
