Hiring a Freelance SAP Travel Management Consultant for a remote offshore role working Monday to Friday.
Candidates must be able to align with UK shift timings and have 5+ years of experience.
The role focuses on SAP Travel Management, travel planning and booking, expense management, analytics and reporting, and integration with SAP FI and SAP SuccessFactors.
📋 Key Responsibilities
- Travel Planning & Booking: Configure travel requests, approval workflows, and integrations with external travel agencies/airlines.
- Expense Management: Set up post-trip expense submissions, policy compliance rules, and automated validation.
- Analytics & Reporting: Build reports to monitor travel trends and optimize company budgets.
- SAP Integration: Ensure seamless data flow with SAP FI (Financial Accounting) and SAP SuccessFactors (EC).
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- Experience: 5+ years.
- Relevant experience as an SAP Travel Management Consultant.
- Experience with Travel Planning & Booking configuration.
- Experience with Expense Management and policy compliance configuration.
- Experience with Analytics & Reporting for travel management.
- Experience with SAP integration.
- Ability to work remotely from offshore.
- Ability to work according to UK shift timings.
