XpressBees is hiring an experienced, result-oriented Manager – Sourcing to drive sourcing and manpower acquisition across multiple cities.
🛠 Key Responsibilities
- Lead city-level sourcing operations to achieve manpower requirements.
- Develop rider/FO sourcing strategies.
- Manage sourcing through referrals, agencies, field hiring, digital platforms and local networks.
- Drive daily and weekly sourcing targets and monitor team performance.
- Coordinate with Operations and Hub teams for manpower planning and closures.
- Identify new sourcing channels and improve productivity.
- Analyze hiring data and improve conversion and joining rates.
- Build and manage a high-performing sourcing team.
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- Experience in sourcing, recruitment, field hiring, logistics or last-mile hiring.
- Strong team leadership and target-management skills.
- Excellent knowledge of local hiring markets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and stakeholder management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- FR hiring experience.
