📝 Job Description
Delhivery is looking for Operations Interns to join the team and gain hands-on experience in logistics and ground operations.
The role involves supporting loading and unloading activities, shipment stacking, manpower management, inbound and outbound volumes, dock operations, ground operations, shifts, cash management, and First Mile and Mid Mile operations.
📋 Key Responsibilities
- Manage loading, unloading, shipment stacking, and manpower.
- Manage inbound and outbound volumes and surges.
- Support dock operations planning.
- Handle ground team and daily operations.
- Manage shifts and cash.
- Support end-to-end First Mile and Mid Mile operations.
- Drive and monitor operational metrics.
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced logistics environment.
- Comfortable working in shifts, including night shifts.
- Willingness to work 6 days with a rotational weekly off.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to support logistics and ground operations activities.
