📝 Job Description
Rollico Pvt. Ltd. is hiring 2 QC Executives for its Greenfield Project in Guwahati (Rampur).
The role involves in-process quality monitoring and testing, raw material and finished product inspection, food safety compliance, laboratory testing, production line quality checks, deviation handling, audits, CAPA, and quality improvement initiatives.
📋 Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-process quality monitoring and testing.
- Inspect raw materials, packaging, and finished products.
- Ensure GMP, GHP, HACCP, and food safety compliance.
- Perform laboratory testing and maintain documentation.
- Conduct production line quality checks.
- Handle quality deviations and support appropriate actions.
- Support audits and CAPA activities.
- Contribute to quality improvement initiatives.
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: Food Technology, Dairy Technology, Chemistry, Microbiology, or related field.
- Experience: 2–5 years.
- Experience in FMCG, Food, Dairy, or Ice Cream manufacturing is preferred.
- Knowledge of quality monitoring and testing.
- Knowledge of GMP, GHP, HACCP, and food safety compliance.
- Experience with laboratory testing and quality documentation.
- Understanding of production line quality checks and deviation handling.
- Exposure to audits, CAPA, and quality improvement initiatives.
