Genpact is hiring experienced professionals for Record to Report (R2R) – Property Management & Lease Accounting roles in Noida.
The role is suitable for finance and accounting professionals with relevant experience in R2R, Property Management / Property Accounting and Lease Accounting. Candidates who can join immediately or within 15 days are preferred.
🛠 Responsibilities
- Support Record to Report (R2R) activities related to property management and lease accounting.
- Perform property management and property accounting activities.
- Support lease accounting processes and related financial activities.
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of assigned accounting processes.
- Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to resolve accounting and process-related queries.
- Maintain accurate financial records and process documentation.
- Support reporting and reconciliation activities as required.
🎓 Eligibility
- 3+ years of relevant experience is mandatory.
- Experience in Record to Report (R2R).
- Experience in Property Management or Property Accounting.
- Experience in Lease Accounting.
- BBA and/or B.Com graduate.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
- Candidates who can join within 15 days are preferred.
