We are looking for an experienced Senior Tech Business Systems Analyst with strong experience in Agile/Scrum, Jira, Confluence, stakeholder management and Banking/Financial Services.
The role requires strong Business Systems Analysis experience along with requirements gathering, user stories, acceptance criteria and collaboration with Product Owners, Engineering and QA teams.
📋 Key Responsibilities
- Perform Business Systems Analysis activities.
- Gather, analyse and document business and system requirements.
- Create and manage user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Work within Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Engineering and QA teams.
- Manage stakeholder communication and expectations.
- Use Jira and Confluence for requirements and delivery collaboration.
- Support product and technology teams throughout delivery.
- Work with Banking / Financial Services business requirements.
✅ Eligibility Criteria
- Overall experience: 5–13 years.
- 8+ years of Business Systems Analysis experience required.
- Strong Agile/Scrum delivery experience.
- Hands-on Jira and Confluence expertise.
- Strong requirements gathering experience.
- Experience creating user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Experience partnering with Product Owners, Engineering and QA teams.
- Banking / Financial Services domain experience required.
- Notice period: Immediate to 30 days.
