Wakefit is hiring a Sr. Executive – Refurbishment | Process Excellence for its operations in Hosur.
The role involves managing returned inventory, refurbishment and repair operations, inventory recovery, productivity, quality, ageing, and cross-functional coordination with Factory and Logistics teams.
🛠 Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily return inflow and ensure timely processing of returned inventory.
- Drive Bad-to-Good inventory conversion through refurbishment and repair.
- Manage sofa repair operations, productivity, quality, and ageing.
- Coordinate with Factory and Logistics teams for spares, vehicle planning, and inventory movement.
- Manage refurbishment inventory, including segregation, reconciliation, and utilization.
- Drive 5S practices and maintain a safe and organized workspace.
- Improve TAT, productivity, and inventory recovery through cross-functional coordination.
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- Relevant experience in refurbishment, repair, reverse logistics, or process operations.
- Ability to manage returned inventory and refurbishment workflows.
- Ability to coordinate with Factory and Logistics teams.
- Understanding of inventory segregation, reconciliation, and utilization.
- Ability to monitor productivity, quality, ageing, and TAT.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
