Flipkart Wholesale (Best Price Walmart) is looking for an experienced and dynamic professional to join its team as Store Loss Prevention Lead Manager (Asset Protection) for Andhra Pradesh.
The role is responsible for overseeing Asset Protection and Loss Prevention across 5 stores in Andhra Pradesh, with a focus on shrinkage control, audit compliance, security management and risk mitigation.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Oversee Asset Protection and Loss Prevention operations across 5 stores in Andhra Pradesh.
- Manage multi-store Loss Prevention and Asset Protection operations.
- Drive shrinkage control initiatives across assigned stores.
- Ensure audit compliance and adherence to Loss Prevention processes.
- Manage security operations and risk mitigation activities.
- Lead and manage teams across multiple store locations.
- Identify operational risks and implement appropriate mitigation measures.
✅ Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 12–15 years of experience in Loss Prevention / Asset Protection.
- Experience within Retail (B2B/B2C) or FMCG formats.
- Proven ability to manage multi-store operations.
- Strong experience in shrinkage control.
- Experience in audit compliance and security management.
- Strong leadership and team-handling skills.
- Strong risk mitigation capabilities.
