Amazon is seeking a Team Lead to support daily floor operations across inbound, outbound, and re-boxing activities.
The role involves task allocation, productivity and quality monitoring, SOP compliance, KPI management, coordination with the Area Manager, on-floor issue resolution, and timely dispatch.
🛠 Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily floor operations across inbound, outbound, and re-boxing activities.
- Allocate tasks to associates and monitor execution.
- Track productivity, quality, safety, and KPI performance.
- Ensure adherence to SOPs and standard work practices.
- Coordinate with the Area Manager on operational priorities.
- Resolve on-floor issues and operational exceptions.
- Support timely order processing and dispatch.
- Coach and mentor associates to improve performance.
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- 3+ years of experience in customer-facing, warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing operations.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Fluent English communication skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications.
- Experience with Microsoft Excel.
