📝 Job Description
Flipkart is hiring an AM for South-Hyperlocal and Large Formats based in Hyderabad. The role focuses on project planning, site execution, design coordination, stakeholder management, vendor management, and project issue resolution.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
1. Project Planning & Scheduling
- Develop comprehensive project timelines, milestones, and resource allocation charts.
- Ensure all site activities strictly align with the master project schedule.
2. Site Execution & Monitoring
- Oversee daily on-site operations, civil/interior fit-outs, and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) installations.
- Ensure high-quality workmanship and strict adherence to safety standards.
3. Design Coordination
- Collaborate closely with design and architectural teams to review layouts and clarify blueprints.
- Quickly resolve on-site design discrepancies to prevent deployment delays.
4. Stakeholder Management
- Act as the primary point of contact between internal business teams, external vendors, landlords, and local authorities.
- Ensure seamless communication and alignment across all parties.
5. Vendor & Contractor Management
- Manage on-site contractors and evaluate vendor performance.
- Verify billings against actual work completed to maintain strict budgetary controls.
6. Risk & Issue Resolution
- Proactively identify bottlenecks, material shortages, or layout challenges on-site.
- Implement immediate corrective actions to keep projects on track.
🎓 Eligibility
- 7–9 years of relevant professional experience.
- Experience in project execution and project planning.
- Strong project management skills.
- Experience in site execution, civil/interior fit-outs, and MEP installations.
- Experience coordinating with design and architectural teams.
- Experience managing vendors, contractors, landlords, and other stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and risk-management capabilities.
