💼 Key Responsibilities
- Support HR Business Partnering and Workforce Planning.
- Manage employee attrition and retention initiatives.
- Handle employee relations, grievances and conflict resolution.
- Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives.
- Contribute to talent management and capability development.
- Support Learning & Development initiatives.
- Work on compensation, rewards and recognition activities.
- Prepare and manage HR analytics, dashboards and reporting.
- Support change management and HR program implementation.
- Ensure HR compliance and policy management.
- Work closely with senior stakeholders and business leaders.
🎓 Eligibility & Qualifications
- Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration or a related field.
- 6–9 years of relevant HR experience.
- Strong exposure to HR Business Partnering, Employee Relations and Talent Management.
- Experience working with senior stakeholders and business leaders.
- Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of labour laws, HR practices and HRIS platforms.
