Reliance Jio is looking for an experienced professional for the role of Assistant Manager – State Business Supply Chain, SLP Officer, based in Mumbai or Bhiwandi. The position focuses on security operations, loss prevention, inventory protection, incident investigation, and compliance across supply chain facilities.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
- Deploy and manage outsourced security manpower, including shift roster planning.
- Ensure compliance with Security & Loss Prevention (SLP) procedures at the site level.
- Handle security incidents involving theft, material loss, misconduct, and other operational risks.
- Support incident investigations and implement appropriate corrective measures.
- Conduct security awareness training and briefings for site staff.
- Coordinate with local authorities and ensure effective security operations.
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- Graduation in any stream.
- 4–8 years of relevant professional experience.
- Experience in distribution centers, warehousing, e-commerce, logistics, fulfilment center operations, or supply chain.
- Strong knowledge of loss prevention, inventory control, shrinkage management, and operational excellence.
- Previous experience in warehouse or godown security is preferred.
- Ability to manage security processes, investigations, and operational risks effectively.
