💼 Associate Program Manager – SCM (HoReCa) | Jumbotail Hiring
📌 Job Description
India's HoReCa sector runs on one promise: the right ingredients, on time, every time. Jumbotail is building the supply chain to deliver on that promise at scale and is looking for an Associate Program Manager – SCM to strengthen its HoReCa business.
In this role, you will work across fulfilment centre operations, category, procurement, technology, and last-mile teams. You will serve as the supply chain point of contact for the HoReCa business.
Jumbotail is reimagining mass-market retail in India by connecting kirana stores with brands and manufacturers through technology, supply chain, and fintech.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
- Manage HoReCa serviceability across fulfilment centres (FCs) and delivery locations.
- Drive availability and fill rates for key HoReCa SKUs.
- Plan capacity for high-volume locations and peak periods.
- Manage order cutoffs and D+1/D+2 fulfilment performance.
- Collaborate with Product and Technology teams to develop HoReCa-specific supply chain features.
- Build dashboards and conduct performance reviews to drive continuous improvement.
- Coordinate with FC operations, category, procurement, technology, and last-mile teams.
🎓 Eligibility / Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in Supply Chain, Operations, E-commerce, B2B Commerce, Logistics, or FMCG.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Comfortable working with Excel and Google Sheets.
- Ability to take ownership, act decisively, and manage multiple stakeholders.
- Experience in HoReCa, food distribution, or quick-commerce/e-commerce supply chains is an added advantage.
