An organisation is hiring a Blue-Collar Sourcing Manager in Koramangala, Bengaluru, to lead high-volume recruitment, manage sourcing channels, and drive hiring performance across multiple locations.
The ideal candidate will have experience managing blue-collar recruiter teams, building manpower vendor networks, and recruiting for warehouse, dark store, picker and packer, delivery, and other blue-collar roles. Experience in e-commerce, quick commerce, logistics, or warehousing is preferred.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of blue-collar recruiters to achieve daily and monthly hiring targets.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies for bulk hiring across multiple locations.
- Manage manpower vendors, recruitment agencies, and other sourcing channels.
- Identify, onboard, and build strong relationships with new hiring vendors.
- Monitor vendor performance, productivity, joining ratios, and hiring closures.
- Drive recruitment for warehouse, dark store, picker and packer, delivery, and other blue-collar positions.
- Coordinate with operations teams to understand manpower requirements and fulfil hiring demands on time.
- Track recruitment metrics, including sourcing, interview attendance, offer-to-joining ratio, and candidate retention.
- Conduct regular team reviews and ensure hiring targets are achieved.
- Identify sourcing gaps and implement strategies to improve hiring efficiency and reduce recruitment costs.
