Job Description
The Branch Manager will be responsible for managing branch-level logistics operations, ensuring on-time delivery, achieving contribution margin targets, handling escalations, monitoring vendor unbilled items, and maintaining compliance. Knowledge of the Full Truck Load (FTL) business is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
- On-Time Delivery: Monitor delivery performance and work toward timely delivery commitments.
- Contribution Margin Achievement: Focus on achieving branch contribution margin targets.
- Escalation Management: Address operational issues and customer escalations promptly.
