Amazon is seeking a Business Analyst Support professional to create and maintain complex SQL queries, schedule and refresh ETL jobs, automate manual tasks using Python, and build data pipelines and dashboards.
The role also involves investigating analytical requests, improving existing analytical frameworks, and providing data support to stakeholders. The ideal candidate should understand business requirements, identify root causes of reporting and business intelligence issues, and develop solutions, particularly during high-demand planning periods such as OP and 3YF planning.
The candidate should demonstrate strong attention to detail, a bias for action, and an interest in analytics, business intelligence, and automation.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines, SQL queries, metrics, reports, analyses, and dashboards.
- Create and maintain complex SQL queries and schedule or refresh ETL jobs.
- Automate manual tasks and simplify existing workflows using Python.
- Validate data from new and existing resources to ensure accuracy.
