A leading beauty and lifestyle brand is looking for a Business Analyst to join its team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have 2–5 years of experience in business analysis, operational data analysis, MIS reporting, dashboard development, and reporting automation.
Candidates should have strong skills in Advanced Excel, SQL, and Google Sheets, along with knowledge of data analysis, visualization, and process automation. Experience in e-commerce, retail, supply chain, or logistics is preferred.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Analyze operational data and track business Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Develop MIS reports, dashboards, and performance reports.
- Automate reporting processes using Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Apps Script.
- Generate actionable insights to improve business performance.
- Collaborate with Supply Chain, Warehouse, and Operations teams.
- Support data-driven decision-making through accurate reporting and analysis.
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- 2–5 years of relevant professional experience.
- Strong proficiency in Advanced Excel, SQL, and Google Sheets.
- Experience in MIS reporting and dashboard development.
- Basic knowledge of Python.
- Understanding of data analysis, visualization, and process automation.
- Experience in e-commerce, retail, supply chain, or logistics is preferred.
- Willingness to work six days a week.
