🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Conduct factory assessments and audits covering social, ethical, technical, safety, and supply chain security compliance.
- Manage supplier onboarding and ensure factories meet client-specific requirements.
- Monitor Corrective Action Plans (CAPs) and ensure timely closure of audit findings.
- Conduct factory visits, cross-audits, and spot checks.
- Maintain audit trackers, compliance records, and customer portals.
- Collaborate with sourcing, merchandising, factories, and internal stakeholders to drive continuous improvement.
