📝 Job Description
An opportunity is available for an experienced CPG Supply Chain & Logistics Operations professional to take ownership of end-to-end Order-to-Delivery (O2D), fulfilment and logistics operations in a fast-paced CPG environment.
The role focuses on driving operational excellence across GT, MT and E-commerce channels, coordinating supply chain stakeholders and improving service, cost and productivity.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
- Manage Fill Rate and Order Fulfilment across multiple channels.
- Drive PDP planning and execution across warehouses.
- Monitor Order-to-Delivery (O2D) TAT and delivery performance.
- Coordinate with Sales, Warehouse and Logistics teams.
- Manage logistics partners, vehicle placement and route planning.
- Drive RCA and closure of operational delays, shortages, damages and missing shipments.
- Manage Returns, RTV, POD and customer-related operational issues.
- Resolve SAP, order-processing, inventory and logistics technology issues.
- Analyse operational data and identify opportunities for cost, service and productivity improvement.
- Drive process standardisation and continuous improvement initiatives.
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- B.Tech / B.E. from a recognised institute.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in CPG / FMCG / Consumer Products / Beauty supply chain or logistics.
- Exposure to GT / MT / E-commerce channels.
- Strong understanding of O2D, fulfilment, inventory and logistics operations.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder-management skills.
- Working knowledge of SAP and Excel.
- Exposure to ClickPost / Flux or similar logistics platforms will be an advantage.
- Strong ownership and ability to independently manage operational escalations.
