📝 Job Description
We are looking for senior operations leaders to partner with the MD/CEO on a significant manufacturing mandate.
The role requires senior leadership experience across manufacturing operations, with ownership of factory operations and overall P&L responsibility.
📋 Key Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of factory operations, including overall P&L responsibility.
- Drive operational excellence, process optimization and manufacturing excellence across multiple factories.
- Partner closely with the MD, CEO and senior leadership team.
- Drive business expansion initiatives.
- Lead IoT-led process improvement initiatives.
- Drive factory automation and manufacturing improvement.
- Lead and strengthen overall manufacturing operations.
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- IIT + IIM background.
- Experience in FMCG, Pharma or other manufacturing.
- Experience as Director Operations, COO or an equivalent leadership role.
- Full ownership of factory operations with overall P&L responsibility.
- Proven track record in operational excellence and process optimization.
- Manufacturing excellence experience across multiple factories.
- Experience driving business expansion.
- Experience with IoT-led process improvement and factory automation.
- Comfort working closely with the senior leadership team, MD and CEO.
