Krishna Maruti is hiring for the position of Executive / Assistant Manager – SCM at its Narsinghpur, Gurgaon location. This opportunity is suitable for professionals with relevant experience in supply chain management, material planning, inventory control, and automotive or manufacturing operations.
The selected candidate will support material availability and supply-chain efficiency by coordinating with suppliers, production, purchase, and logistics teams. The role also involves monitoring delivery schedules, managing material shortages, working with MRP and BOM data, and preparing SCM-related MIS reports using SAP/ERP systems.
Candidates with experience working with Maruti Suzuki vendors or Tier-1 automotive suppliers will be highly preferred.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
- Material Planning: Manage material planning activities to support production requirements and ensure timely material availability.
- Inventory Control: Monitor inventory levels and support effective inventory management.
- Supply Chain Operations: Coordinate day-to-day SCM activities to support smooth manufacturing operations.
- Supplier Coordination: Work with suppliers to track material commitments, delivery schedules, and pending supplies.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Coordinate with production, purchase, logistics, and other relevant teams.
- Shortage Management: Monitor material shortages, identify potential supply issues, and coordinate timely resolution.
- MRP and BOM: Work with Material Requirements Planning (MRP) and Bill of Materials (BOM) data.
- SAP/ERP: Use SAP or other ERP systems for SCM-related activities and material planning.
- MIS Reporting: Prepare and maintain supply-chain-related MIS reports to support operational tracking.
🎓 Candidate Requirements
