🔑 Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end warehouse operations.
- Oversee receiving, quality control, putaway, picking, staging and dispatch activities.
- Manage inventory operations and maintain process adherence.
- Ensure cold-chain, food safety and hygiene standards are maintained.
- Drive productivity, cost, shrinkage and service-level KPIs.
- Lead large frontline teams and build a strong performance culture.
- Manage team training, discipline and performance.
