JAI Suspension Ltd. is looking for an experienced engineering leader to head its engineering function at Yamunanagar, Haryana. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in automotive manufacturing and plant process engineering, with substantial hands-on experience in tooling, dies, fixtures, product development, and process optimization.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
- Lead engineering activities in an automotive manufacturing or auto components plant.
- Oversee plant process engineering and manufacturing process improvements.
- Apply hands-on expertise in tooling, dies, and fixtures.
- Manage and support APQP and PPAP activities.
- Contribute to New Product Development (NPD) and process optimization.
- Drive manufacturing efficiency and engineering process improvements.
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- 15–25 years of experience in senior engineering or plant manufacturing roles.
- B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, or Manufacturing Engineering.
- Mandatory experience in automotive or auto components manufacturing.
- Hands-on expertise in tooling, dies, fixtures, APQP/PPAP, NPD, and process optimization.
- Maximum age limit of 52 years.
⚠️ Important: Candidates with less than 15 years of experience or a purely R&D, Testing, or Validation background will not be considered.
