JAI Suspension Ltd., a subsidiary of Jamna Auto Industries Ltd., is seeking an experienced Head – Engineering to lead engineering excellence at its Yamunanagar plant in Haryana.
The ideal candidate will bring 15–25 years of experience, strong expertise in automotive manufacturing, process improvement, and engineering leadership, along with the ability to drive productivity, cost optimization, and manufacturing excellence.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Lead product and process engineering activities.
- Oversee New Product Development (NPD), APQP, PPAP, and industrialization.
- Manage tooling, dies, fixtures, and automation initiatives.
- Drive productivity improvements, cost optimization, and OEE enhancement.
- Lead engineering projects and manufacturing excellence initiatives.
- Provide team leadership and coordinate with cross-functional departments.
- Support continuous process improvement within automotive manufacturing operations.
✅ Eligibility Criteria
- 15–25 years of relevant professional experience.
- B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, or Manufacturing Engineering.
- Age must not exceed 52 years.
- Strong expertise in automotive manufacturing and process improvement.

- Ability to lead teams and coordinate cross-functionally.
