RBL Finserve Limited is hiring for the positions of HR Business Partner & Regional HR at Udaipur.
The role involves employee engagement, retention and attrition management, talent acquisition, manpower planning, HR team development, employee connect, branch visits, PMS, BGV, HR compliance and business partnering.
📋 Key Responsibilities
- Manage employee engagement, retention and attrition.
- Handle Talent Acquisition and manpower planning.
- Manage and develop the HR team.
- Drive employee connect and conduct branch visits.
- Handle PMS, BGV and HR compliance activities.
- Support business partnering and HR initiatives.
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- 1–10 years of experience.
- MBA / PG in HR or equivalent qualification.
- MFI / NBFC industry experience is preferred.
- Experience in employee engagement and retention.
- Knowledge of Talent Acquisition and manpower planning.
- Experience in HR team management and development.
- Knowledge of PMS, BGV and HR compliance.
- Immediate joiners or candidates who can join within 1 month are preferred.
