Hiring a senior HR Lead with strong experience in Steel Manufacturing and Greenfield Steel Plant Projects.
The role focuses on senior Talent Acquisition and requires mandatory experience in the Primary/Secondary Steel industry, along with expertise in technical recruitment, senior-level hiring, headhunting, contract recruitment, HRMS/ATS, stakeholder management and end-to-end Talent Acquisition.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Talent Acquisition activities.
- Manage Technical Recruitment for Steel Manufacturing requirements.
- Drive AGM & Above hiring and senior-level recruitment.
- Execute headhunting activities for critical and senior positions.
- Manage contract recruitment requirements.
- Utilize HRMS/ATS platforms for recruitment operations.
- Manage stakeholders throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Support talent acquisition for Greenfield Steel Plant Projects.
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- 10+ years of relevant HR / Talent Acquisition experience.
- Primary/Secondary Steel industry experience is mandatory.
- Strong experience in Steel Manufacturing.
- Experience with Greenfield Steel Plant Projects.
- Experience in Technical Recruitment.
- Experience in AGM & Above hiring.
- Experience in Headhunting and Contract Recruitment.
- Hands-on understanding of HRMS/ATS.
- Strong Stakeholder Management and End-to-End Talent Acquisition experience.
- Graduate in any discipline.
- MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
- Engineering backgrounds in Mechanical, Metallurgy, Electrical or Industrial Engineering are an added advantage.
